We have added a default image in the theme that is used if any product is created without an image.
We have added a Delivery Date picker and time picker on the checkout page which has setting to enable and disable as well as blockout certain date ranges from the theme admin.
All out of stock items will be moved automatically to the bottom of the page to allow users an easier user experience. Rather than hiding the items so they don't show up and customers think they are not offered.
